One Ferry is committed to creating a sustainable live, work, and play space. A space that is also healthy! The campus makes recycling easy with a goal of keeping 75% of the waste out of landfills. Roof-top solar panels provide power while car charging stations reduce our carbon footprint. The entire development has been planned with efficiency in mind, from water-conserving fixtures to LED lighting to energy star appliances.
