9 Ferry Street

When complete 9 Ferry will offer beautiful retail spaces that will keep the feel, textures and character of the historic mill complex.

Historical and Modern

When it opens in 2025, 9 Ferry will include a bistro-style space that would sell locally grown produce, an artisan deli, fresh roasted and ground coffee, and distilled spirits. It will also include outdoor seating alongside the cascading, canal waterworks where hydroelectric power will be produced for the common area electric use.

The project features efficient spaces with easy access to I-91 & I-90, rail, and airports, all in a vibrant, growing community. All the amenities you’d expect in new construction, with the elegance of 19th-century industrial architecture.
